Booking and payment. Full payment is due 3 months before arrival for fishing guests and for photography, skiing, hiking and activity groups of 7 or more; 1 month before arrival for individual travellers of 1–6 people. Bookings made after that date must be paid within 3 days of confirmation. A deposit may apply to larger groups, agreed individually.

Cancellation. 91–180 days before arrival: deposit fee, where a deposit applies. 31–90 days: 50% for group bookings. 0–30 days: 100%. Different terms apply only by written agreement, or when you book through an online channel or tour operator with its own policy.

House rules. Check-in 15:00, check-out 10:00, and check-out is done at reception. Take rubbish to the containers, run the dishwasher and leave the apartment tidy — otherwise extra cleaning is charged from NOK 1 000. Missing key cards NOK 100 each. All rooms are smoke-free (fine from NOK 9 000) and allergy-free, so no pets in any accommodation.

Seasons. Apartments are open all year apart from the seasonal break 1 December – 4 January. Hotel rooms and the restaurant are open daily 5 January – 30 October; when the restaurant is closed, stays are self-catering. Autumn activities run in September and October, winter activities 5 January – 31 March, and the fishing season is 1 April – 30 September. Other dates on request.
