Mefjord Brygge is lying in perfect distance to the great fishing grounds as they’re practically situated on our doorstep. Within a radius of 20 kilometers you can find both "Skreigrunnsdjupet" and "Fallbakken", some of the best fishing banks of the region. Cod, coalfish, haddock, cusk and catfish are the most common species, but on a lucky day you might as well catch a giant halibut. After the fishing trips you can cut and clean the fish in our facilities at the quay with hot and cold water. You can also deep-freeze the fish in our freezing plant. By the floating stage we’ve got six 19 feet boats Kværnø equipped with 50 hp boat engines. These boats are also equipped with map plotters, echo sounders and GPS and they’re really fit to manage the weather conditions on the outskirts of Senja.
