Booking Terms & Conditions
Most of our guests book holiday long time in advance, therefore we are not able to cancel bookings at short notice. No deposit is needed at the time the reservation is made but we kindly ask our guests to keep the payment deadlines to guarantee their bookings and avoid unwanted cancellations.
We have a special COVID-related booking policy: If travel restrictions have been imposed between the date booking was made and planned arrival date, then we offer free modification of travel dates for affected bookings.
It is responsibility of our guests to check travel rules before making reservation or traveling and we recommend having travel insurance in case of any unexpected events. No refunds are made beside our standard cancellation policies.
We expect 100% payment within:
- 3 months before the arrival date for 5 nights or longer stays and fishing tourists (accommodation & boats)
- 1 month before the arrival date for FIT travelers, Activity Packages and organized groups
- Payment on the spot is possible only for short-stay accommodation after receiving credit card guarantee (agreed individually and with respect to our cancellation policy).
- If the booking is made after the required payment date, the entire invoice amount shall be paid within 3 days working after receiving confirmation. Otherwise we reserve the right cancel the reservation.
Unless other agreements have been made in advance, the payments are final and fees are calculated according to the following schedule:
- Cancellations 31 – 90 days before arrival date: 30% fee
- Cancellations 8 – 30 days before arrival date: 50% fee
- Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival day: 100% fee
We reserve the right to cancel reservations that are not timely paid.
Once a payment is made any changes to the reservation are allowed at the discretion of management.
OUR GUIDELINES ARE BINDING UNLESS DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE
We do not allow any pets to stay in any of the accommodation types, as courtesy to our guests, all our rooms are allergy free.
Please note that all our rooms and apartments are smoke-free and smoking will result in a strictly enforceable fine of minimum NOK 9000,-
